There are several copycat recipes for P.F. Changs Mongolian Beef, but we found this one to be the closest to the original. Enjoy!
Ingredients for the sauce:
2 Tsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp minced ginger
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1/2 c soy sauce
1/2 c water
3/4 c dark brown sugar

Marinted beef strips served in a flour toritilla. Serve with taco cheese, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
