Emeril Lagasse to Open New Restaurant in Bethlehem, PA

World renowned chef, Emeril Lagasse announced plans today to open his newest restaurant, Emeril’s Italian Table at the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, PA. The menu will feature Emeril’s creative take on rustic Italian-inspired fare including antipasti, cured meats and artisanal cheeses, fresh made pastas, wood-burning oven pizzas, fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. Emeril already has the Chop House at the Sands Casino which opened in May of 2009, as well as Burgers and More which opened in November 2009. Emeril’s Italian Table is scheduled to open in late spring.

For dessert, Passion Fruit Yin and Yang fondue which is a combination of dark chocolate swirled together with red passion fruit-infused white chocolate.

Johnny Rockets’ opened a new 1,610-square-foot restaurant at the premier shopping center, Malecon America. As with all fo their locations, Johnny Rockets will provide unique menu options and entertainment for the entire family. To fit in with the vibe of the coastal community, guests can play their favorite tunes on the bubbler juke box and dance along to music videos on a plasma TV screen, which will also display menu items. The staff will also sing and do the signature Johnny Rockets dance every half-hour, twirl straws and make smiley faces of ketchup.

Friday’s To Raise the Bar With FREE Buffalo Wings at Football Watching Parties Across America

CARROLLTON, Texas, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ — T.G.I. Friday’s restaurants today announced it will kick off the upcoming football season with the “Largest Kickoff Party In the U.S.A.” by offering its bar guests six FREE Buffalo Wings at football watching parties at participating Friday’s restaurants on Thursday, Sept. 10, Sunday, Sept. 13 and Monday, Sept. 14, 2009.
