Although these recipes may not be low in fat, it does show how menu planning can save you time and money. I have seen people over spend time and time again when they show up at the grocery store without a shopping list or an idea of the meals they want to prepare that week. If you are watching calories, substitute items such as buying a whole wheat pizza crust or low fat cheee. The point is to plan ahead!
