Just tried out my new pocket molds from Williams-Sonoma. They come in apple or pumpkin shape. They are adorable, and easy to use, but I have to say that you can’t put a lot of filling in them. They are great for making impressive looking mini-desserts, such as apple or cherry pie, but I do not recommend it for pot pie, as mine did not go well.
