Eligibility/Entries: The Kohl’s Eat Pray Love Sweepstakes is open to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Employees of Kohl’s Department Stores Inc. (the “Sponsor”), Columbia TriStar Marketing Group, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, prize suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively “Sponsor Entities”), and members of each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, grandparents, children and siblings, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM ET on August 1, 2010 and ends on-line at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 28, 2010.

To enter, go to http://www.kohls.com/eatpraylove during the Sweepstakes period click on the Kohl’s Eat Pray Love Sweepstakes link and complete the registration form by entering your name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth, e-mail address, and daytime phone number. In order for the electronic entry to be valid, entrants must click on the “Submit” button on the Web site. Entrants must provide a valid e-mail address to enter on-line. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. On-line entries must be submitted by 11:59:59 PM ET on August 28, 2010. Limit one on-line entry per valid e-mail address per day

2. Drawing/Prizes: A drawing for one (1) Grand Prize will take place on or about August 30, 2010. Grand Prize (1) 7-day 6-night trip for winner and three guests to Rome, Italy for the premiere of Eat Pray Love. Trip includes round trip coach airfare for four, hotel accommodations (2 single standard rooms, double occupancy, room and room tax only), 4 premiere tickets, ground transportation to and from airport in Rome and $1000 spending money per person. ARV $14,000. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received. Grand Prize winner must accept the Grand Prize and travel to Rome September 12 through September 18, 2010, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The drawing will be conducted by The Contest Factory the judges of this Sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
