Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City, NY consisting of the following: (i) roundtrip coach airfare to New York City from the major airport closest to winner’s home address; (ii) first class hotel accommodations (1 room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only) for four (4) days/three (3) nights; (iii) round-trip airport transfers in New York City; (iv) admission to the 2010 NYC Wine and Food Festival; and (v) $500 spending money (for winner only). Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of this Prize Package is $3,158.00. This trip must be taken October 7, 2010 – October 10, 2010. If winner is unable to travel on the above dates, Sponsor may offer a cash alternative in lieu of the trip, for the suggested ARV of the prize. This decision will be made at the discretion of the Sponsor. Five (5) First Prize winners (collectively with Grand Prize Winner, the “Winners”) will each receive one (1) $100 Food Network Gift Certificate. ARV of all First Prizes is $500.
