<div><strong>Sloppy Lasagna Recipe and Directions<br />
</strong></div>
<div><strong>Ingredients: </strong></div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>2 pounds ground beef</li>
<li>1 onion, chopped</li>
<li>4 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces</li>
<li>salt and pepper, to taste</li>
<li>1 teaspoon dried oregano</li>
<li>1 teaspoon basil</li>
<li>2 bay leaves</li>
<li>1 tablespoon garlic, minced</li>
<li>1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce</li>
<li>3 (8 oz) cans tomato sauce</li>
<li>1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes</li>
<li>Parmesan cheese, garnish</li>
<li>extra virgin olive oil, just enough to cover bottom of pot</li>
</ul>

<div><strong>Directions:</strong></div>
<div> In large pot, heat oil over medium high heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper. Cook until no longer pink, drain excess grease and reduce heat. Then add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil, oregano and bay leaves. Stir well. Cook noodles according to package directions. Once noodles have cooked, drain well. Add noodles to meat mixture. Stir well. Discard bay leaves. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!</div>

A while back Giada was offered the chance to cook for a charity polo event. At the time she did she know that  she’d be cooking for the newest and most famous newlyweds in the world. so, on July 9, 2011 Giada will cook for Prince William and the Dutchess Kate at <a href="http://www.foundationpolochallenge.com/index.html" target="_blank">The Foundation Polo Challenge</a> in California, along with 2,500 other guests for this charity event. The charity match will be held at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club  in Santa Barbara, California and Prince William himself will be  playing. Giada De Laurentiis will be preparing lunch for all the guests. So what does the menu look like? Giada will make a royal lunch that includes: <a href="http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/pea-pesto-crostini-recipe/index.html" target="_self">Pea Pesto Crostini</a>, <a href="http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/california-style-chopped-salad-with-shrimp-recipe/index.html" target="_self">California Chopped Salad</a> and <a href="http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/giada-de-laurentiis/chicken-milanese-with-tomato-and-fennel-sauce-recipe/index.html" target="_self">Chicken Milanese With a Tomato Fennel Sauce</a>.</p>

<li>A “light and colorful” pea pesto crostini, featuring pureed peas on toast, topped with half a cherry tomato each</li>
<li>California chopped salad with a mix of grilled lettuces, grilled  corn, grilled shrimp, zucchini and crispy tortillas in a light lemon  dressing</li>
<li>Chicken Milanese, which features breaded chicken cutlets in a creamy tomato fennel sauce</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Easy way to &#8220;dress up&#8221; scalloped potatoes.  Great as a main dish.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Ingredients</span></strong>:</p>
<p>1 box scalloped potatoes<br />
2 1/4 cups of water<br />
1/3 cup milk<br />
1 pound peeled and deveined cooked shrimp<br />
3 cups fresh baby spinach, coarsley chopped<br />
4 ounces of shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese</p>
<p>Combine the potatoes as usual with sauce, water and milk.  Bring to a boil  Reduce heat and cover.  Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until potatoes are tender.  Add shrimp and spinach.  Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes.  Stir in cheese until melted.</p>
<p>You can also add the shrimp and spinach to <a href="http://tasteforcooking.com/side-dishes/potatoes-au-gratin-recipe/" target="_blank">potatoes au gratin</a>.
