Corn Bread Recipe

Corn Bread and Soup

Cornbread is great with soups, jambalaya, blackeyed peas, chili, bbq and as stuffing.  We have been on the hunt for a moist corn bread recipe and this is it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream corn 14 3/4oz can (keep the liquid)
  • 1 can of corn – make sure to drain the liquid
  • 1 box of Jiffy Corn Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 butter stick
  • 1 8oz Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt

Mix all ingredient together.  Bake for 25-30 min at 350 degrees. (Cook at 400 if double the recipe, and cook for 40 min.)
