Pumpkin Pie Recipe

This is a family favorite…not just for the holidays.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1-15 ounce can pumpkin
8 ounces evaporated milk
4 ounces condensed milk
1 frozen deep dish pie shell

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mix sugar salt cinnamon ginger & cloves
Beat eggs in large bowl
Stir in pumpkin with sugar and spice mixture
Gradually stir in evaporated and condensed milk
Pour into pie shell
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Reduce oven to 350 degrees.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes
Cool for 1 hour
Serve or refrigerate
